Our project design and construction management team will carry out all site surveys including preparing all design concepts including project outcomes, quality aspirations and pre-construction information.
We will work alongside the design team to manage all planning permission applications and other statutory requirements.
Our quantity surveyor will provide a detail schedule of works including costings and will manage the tender process through to appointing suitable contractors.
Our project management team, will oversee the construction phase of the works including liaising with contractors on a daily basis ensuring the project is delivered to ensure the design, quality and CDM objectives are successfully met.
We carry out a full inspection of all works to ensure quality, commissioning and functionality requirements have been achieved, which includes managing any snagging.
Our construction management team will liaise with the design team to ensure all planning and any other statutory completion certificates are obtained.
We will provide a building manual including health and safety and fire safety information folder as necessary upon handing over the project with the client.
